1. Acceptance
By using VIVAHA.AI, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. What VIVAHA.AI is
VIVAHA.AI is a curated marketplace connecting people planning celebrations (including weddings and corporate events) with venues, vendors and event-management companies. We facilitate the introduction and coordination; the contract for the underlying services remains between you and the venue or vendor.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a partner application or contract for services through the platform. Accurate information is your responsibility. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Launch Partner undertakings
Launch Partners — venues, vendors, event companies — agree to respond to enquiries within the published response window, to honour published pricing and capacity, and to submit to our verification process. Full terms appear in the Launch Partner MSA provided at onboarding.
5. Pricing and fees
Our platform fee is transparent and paid by the venue or vendor, not by the couple or corporate buyer. All fees include applicable GST. The exact fee is communicated before onboarding and is capped per engagement.
6. Intellectual property
The VIVAHA.AI name, logo, site content and platform technology are owned by InScotia Limited and its Indian operating subsidiary. Partners retain ownership of their listings and imagery; by listing, partners grant us a limited licence to display and cross-list that content.
7. Disclaimers and liability
VIVAHA.AI is provided on an "as is" basis. We curate and verify listings but do not guarantee outcomes. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Grievance redressal
Grievances are received at grievance@vivaha.ai. Acknowledgement within one working day; substantive response within fifteen days.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the courts at [city to be specified by counsel].
