How VIVAHA.AI came to be.
VIVAHA.AI is a subsidiary of InScotia Limited, a United Kingdom-registered company (Company No. SC864995) with a registered office in Edinburgh. Our group operates three platforms: VenuesAndVendors.co.uk — the UK sister platform, launched in January 2026; BookVenue.AI — the venue-operations backbone our partners use to manage enquiries, availability and settlements; and MiceWorldwide.com — our global corporate and MICE demand layer.
We built the UK platform first, because the UK is where the group is registered and where some of our founding team live. India — specifically, India's hill and heritage states, and the diaspora we know — was always the larger, longer calling.
VIVAHA.AI is a ring-fenced Indian operating company, working under Indian law and in partnership with domestic stakeholders across destinations. The India operations are local; the capital backing, the platform technology, and the global cross-listing are from the group.
Our aim is modest in one way and ambitious in another. We do not want to be the biggest wedding site in India. We want to be the most considered one — the place families, companies and state authorities turn to when the choice deserves care.
